Shipping policy

f customer has requested for their purchase to be sent to a P.O. Box then an adult of the age of 18 or older must sign for it. If the customer received their items damaged then we will pay the shipping both ways so we can fix it and return it to the customer. If the purchase is being refunded or returned then it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the item is insured and is responsible for items getting lost in the mail and the customer will be financially responsible for shipping , items lost or stolen or damaged once the product has been delivered after original transaction except the one clause mentioned above.
